Communication to Suppliers
One of the daily challenges that 360 BIM sets for itself is the continuous improvement of its ability to provide its clients with better service and attention.
To achieve this goal, 360 BIM has implemented an internal Management System based on the UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2015 Standard.
One of the requirements established by the Management System is the need to evaluate and select suppliers, maintainers, and subcontractors based on their ability to fulfill the commitments they establish with 360 BIM.
In accordance with this, we inform you about our continuous evaluation and approval system for suppliers, as well as the general and specific requirements for providing your service:
INITIAL EVALUATION OF SUPPLIERS, MAINTAINERS, AND SUBCONTRACTORS
Certification/Accreditation: Suppliers whose product or Management System is certified by an accredited certification body will be positively valued. Similarly, suppliers are evaluated based on their accreditations/qualifications that enable them to carry out their work.
Trial: New suppliers will undergo a trial period in which an initial order will be placed. Once this period has passed, an analysis will be conducted to determine their suitability to become a 360 BIM supplier. If approved, they will be added to the historical database.
Strategic: Suppliers with whom the organization strategically establishes operational, image, and positioning relationships.
Competence: This applies especially to personnel and subcontracted companies that meet 360 BIM’s requirements regarding competencies, experience, and any other specific requirements.
Exclusivity: Suppliers who are the only providers of a specific service or product, with no alternative options available.
Historical: Suppliers who have collaborated with 360 BIM for at least two years, which provides reliability and consolidates the quality of their services and their commitment to information security.
Agility: Suppliers are evaluated based on their efficiency in delivering the requested service or product.
CONTINUOUS EVALUATION OF SUPPLIERS, MAINTAINERS, AND SUBCONTRACTORS
After the initial evaluation, 360 BIM re-evaluates its suppliers annually based on incidents and non-conformities associated with each supplier/subcontractor.
Additionally, in compliance with reference standards, and as a supplier, maintainer, or subcontractor of our company, we inform you of the minimum applicable requirements regarding the provision of your service.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR SERVICE PROVISION
